These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors physical merchandise to buy. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

COMMERCIAL TERMS

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping

1. Shipping Methods
   We ship pan India.
   We rely on delivery services provided by the Indian Post, BlueDart, DTDC, etc. Your order is shipped between 3-7 business working days.
    

2. Associated Costs
   The shipping is free.
    

Delivery

1. Delivery Times
   Once the dispatch is completed from our side, it may take anywhere between 3-7 business days for the delivery to be completed. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way.
    

2. Factors affecting Delivery
   We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If the delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
    

3. Order Tracking and Instructions
   Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking ID and a link used for tracking in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refunds

1. Eligibility

   If an item (excluding posters/archival prints), upon reception, is found to be defective, please contact derelictin@gmail.com. The issue will be assessed and and exchange or a refund will be granted where applicable.

   Any product is only applicable for the exchange or return and refund process given the following conditions are satisfied -

   The product(s),

   • must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;

   • must have all the original tags still intact and attached;

   • must be returned complete with all of its parts (in case of a framed poster)

   • must be sent back in its original packaging

   • must include its/their original packing slip

   • must be shipped back to our address (see 3) within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery and

   • must be sent in one single shipment (for multiple products belonging to the same order)
      

   Provided all these conditions are satisfied, the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs, will be refunded or the product will be exchanged with a product of equal value. No refund will be issued for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. However, within seven (7) days from being notified that you are not entitled to a refund, you will have the option to request that your merchandise is shipped back to you, in the condition in which it was received by us. Note that if you go for this return back, Rs.100 will be applicable.
    

   In a case where the return of your merchandise is not requested within the said seven-day period, you authorize us to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.
    

2. Timeframe

   The request for refund must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

   The shipment must reach us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

   Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days from our receipt of your merchandise. The refund will be credited back to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase on this site.
    

3. Request Process

   To request a return and refund, please contact derelictin@gmail.com.

   We’d need your name, contact info, the order ID and the reason for return mentioned in the e-mail. Upon assessment, the request will be either be approved or denied and a confirmation of the same will be conveyed to you via e-mail.

   If approved, the address for the return will be included in the e-mail communication.
    

Cancellations

1. Procedure

   To cancel your order, please contact derelictin@gmail.com. We’d need your name, contact info and the order ID mentioned in the e-mail.

   Your refund will be processed in approximately three (3) days after we send you the confirmation of the cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the same payment method you used to make the order on this site.

   Once the order is cancelled, it cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.
    

2. Fees

   There is no fees for cancelling your order.
    

3. Requirements

   The order can only be cancelled before the shipping confirmation has been sent to you. Shipping is usually done within 5-7 business days after the confirmation of the order.
